Returns & Refunds Policy
Overview
At OrderWay, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned products must be unused, in the same condition as received, and, where possible, sent back in their original packaging.
Some items cannot be returned because of their type or safety requirements. This may include fresh or perishable products, hygiene-related goods, hazardous products, and flammable items.
We are also unable to accept returns for gift cards, downloadable items, digital products, and certain health or personal care products unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
To help us process your return, please provide your receipt, order confirmation, or another valid proof of purchase. Items should not be returned to the manufacturer directly.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, a full refund may not be possible. A partial refund may be offered if an item has been used, is returned damaged, is missing parts for reasons outside our control, or is returned after the 14-day return period.
Sealed media, software, or similar products that have been opened may also qualify for a partial refund only, depending on the condition of the item.
Refunds
After we receive and check your returned item, we will contact you by email to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared yet, please check your bank account or payment statement first.
You may also need to contact your card issuer or payment provider, as refund processing times can vary.

Sale Items
Refunds are normally available for full-price items only. Sale, clearance, or discounted products are not refundable unless they are faulty, damaged, or sent to you in error.
Exchanges
We only offer replacements for items that arrive faulty or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, please contact us with your order information.
Gifts
If your order was marked as a gift and delivered directly to you, we may issue a gift credit for the value of the approved return once the item has been received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, any approved refund will be sent back to the original purchaser’s payment method.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. Original delivery charges are not refundable unless we made an error with your order.
The delivery time for replacement or exchanged items may vary depending on your address and courier service.
For valuable returns, we recommend using a tracked or insured postage service. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost in transit.
