These Terms and Conditions explain how visitors, trade buyers, suppliers, brands, manufacturers, distributors, exporters and partners may use the OrderWay website and wholesale services. By using this site, sending an enquiry, registering interest or requesting access, you agree to use OrderWay only for genuine B2B trade.
1. About OrderWay
OrderWay is a UK-based B2B marketplace and trade-support platform that connects verified suppliers with serious trade buyers. The site may offer supplier visibility, buyer enquiries, product information, marketplace messaging, onboarding support and the routing of requests to the right team or participant. OrderWay is not a party to every agreement made between buyers and suppliers unless we confirm this in writing. Buyers and suppliers remain responsible for agreeing pricing, payment, delivery, minimum order quantities, specifications, compliance and final transaction details.
2. Who may use the site
The site is intended for business users and trade enquiries. You should only use OrderWay if you act on behalf of a business, brand, supplier, buyer, distributor, exporter, wholesaler or other legitimate organisation. You agree to give accurate information, not to impersonate another company or person, not to submit spam, abusive messages, misleading claims or unlawful requests, and not to share information you have no right to use.
3. Buyer and supplier responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for checking product suitability, supplier capability, regulatory and import/export obligations and commercial terms before ordering. Suppliers are responsible for keeping product, pricing, certification, stock, lead-time and company information accurate and current. Samples, quotes, invoices, contracts, purchase orders, warranties, shipping commitments, payment arrangements and after-sales obligations rest with the parties agreeing them, unless OrderWay confirms otherwise in writing.
4. Verification and access
OrderWay may review buyer and supplier details before granting access, listing products, forwarding enquiries or making introductions. Checks may cover company information, contact details, trade relevance, product categories and marketplace fit. Verification does not guarantee financial standing, product quality, legal compliance or transaction outcomes. We may refuse, pause, remove or limit access where information appears incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable.
5. Product information and availability
Product descriptions, images, categories, terms, minimum order quantities, prices, lead times and availability may come from suppliers or other third parties. We aim to present information clearly but cannot guarantee it is always complete, current or error-free. Before committing, buyers should confirm key details directly with the supplier, including specifications, packaging, certifications, compliance documents, delivery timelines, payment terms and returns.
6. Enquiries and introductions
When you submit an enquiry, we may review it, route it internally, send it to a relevant supplier, or contact you for more detail. We may decline to forward enquiries that appear incomplete, irrelevant, spam-like, abusive or outside the marketplace's scope. You agree to communicate professionally and to use any contact details received through OrderWay only for legitimate trade, never for unsolicited marketing, scraping or resale of data.
7. Intellectual property
The website design, text, layout, brand elements, graphics and marketplace content belong to OrderWay or are used with permission unless stated otherwise. You may use the site for normal business evaluation and enquiries, but you may not copy, reproduce, scrape, redistribute or commercially exploit its content without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
OrderWay provides the website and marketplace support on a reasonable-efforts basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, successful introductions, completed transactions or specific commercial results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OrderWay is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit or opportunity, supply delays, product or payment disputes, or third-party actions arising from use of the site or our introductions.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect marketplace changes, website improvements or operational needs. The updated version applies once posted here, and continued use of OrderWay means you accept the latest version.
